Our services are rendered in a systematic and professional basis according to policies and procedures and within standardized processes which includes:

  • Adapting the Client’s operational system into our systems
  • Opening a log sheet or a file to each customer.
  • Locating and notifying the customers by phone or mail.
  • Contacting with the customer for their due payment.
  • Follow up with the customers according to the collection standards of the Client.
  • Negotiating with the debtors to expedite the recovery process.
  • Identify the customer’s status.
  • Finalizing a settlement agreement with the customer (If Any) in a way legally sufficient to the Client.
  • Report all customer status to the Client.
  • Report all settlement offers to the Client for his approval.
  • In case of an approved settlement by the Client, provide the Client with all received settlement amounts according to the Client’s instructions.
  • In the event the customer is not responsive, file a law suite after the approval of the Client.
  • Report the customer law suite status to the Client.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate and pertinent information on customer accounts

    • Ensuring the compliance of the Client's operations and transactions with Jordanian laws, including:

    • Ensuring that all the Client's actions are consistent with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Providing legal counseling in relation to any transactions or procedures that the Client inquires about.
    • Ensuring that all the arrangements and/or transactions between the Client and third parties are completely legal.
    • Following-up on all of the Client’s procedural matters, whether with governmental or nongovernmental parties, including but not limited to: Ministry of Industry and Trade transactions and governmental requirements and licenses.

    Reviewing and drafting contracts, which will include

    • Understanding the purpose and basis behind any contract through direct communication with the Client, participation in meetings, negotiations and discussions conducted in accordance with the items below.
    • Reviewing any contract to determine the extent to which the foundation and purpose of such contract have been met, and to identify items or clauses that may endanger the Client's legal interests or subject the Client to legal risks. This will also ensure that no contract clauses contradict relevant laws.
    • The drafting of contracts will also focus on the foundation and purpose of the contract to ensure that the Client's interests are protected against imminent risks.
    • During contract review, modifications will be suggested as deemed necessary and/or appropriate.
    • Discussing contract reviews with the Client for modifications and alterations, if necessary.
    • Drafting of various contracts and agreements in Arabic, English and French as required by the Client

    Participation in discussions and negotiations, which will include

    Understanding the Client's requirements and needs relating negotiations and/or discussions with any third party including:

    • The Client's best case acceptable deal, in order to recommend finalizing the deal.
    • The Client's worst case acceptable deal, in order to determine when negotiations and discussions are no longer productive.
    • The Client's needs and priorities to secure most impact outcome based on concessions and trade-offs.

    Representing the Client in different legal disputes, which will include:

    • Attending different court hearings as the retained attorney and legal counselor for the Client.
    • Filing different cases and lawsuits against third parties on behalf of the Client.
    • Following-up on the collection of any debts, claims, remedies or payments that are due to the Client.
    • Updating the Client on any proposed settlements that might be discussed in any lawsuit.

    Time-frame for providing Legal Services
